Wow, this is such an elegant, complicated, sporty and high quality vintage dress chronograph... A 1959 UG Tri-Compax in 14K with moonphase. It's got a lovely clean original silver dial with applied gold indexes and hands with beautiful details and printing. The watcheproof screwback case measures around 35mm excl. crown. Movement is UG Cal 281 which is functioning perfectly. Attached is a 19mm high quality brown croco strap. A similar model can be founnd in the UG book by Sala on page 351. To me these complicated UG watches are still undervalued as they are a fraction of the price of similar Patek or Rolex watches... and they've got it all... quality, presence, beauty and in this case a waterproof case!
